Our Gas Interlock Systems will ensure you comply with the latest extraction legislation. The air pressure sensor detects that the canopy is working correctly before allowing gas to flow through the Gas Solenoid Valve to your Catering Equipment. Our systems are designed to be able to be fitted to existing canopy installations with the smallest interruption to your operation as possible.
